Year one: intensive care. Every new lawn goes into Jean-Marc’s first-year oversight program. He walks it between treatments, makes sure each application did what it was supposed to, and gets the weeds and insects under control before the next season starts.
After that: he is still yours. Any customer, any year, can ask for Jean-Marc. He will also go over your account with you, so long-time customers hear about newer programs and any loyalty discounts that come with them.
- Jean-Marc is not paid on commission. If a change makes sense for your lawn he will tell you; if it doesn’t, he will tell you that too
