How it works
- Core aeration with seed: thousands of soil plugs are pulled to relieve compaction, then seed is spread and dragged into the open holes. The right choice for most lawns that are thin but not failing.
- Power Seeding: our patented Turf Tamer slices seed directly into the soil without tearing up existing turf. Highest germination we offer, for full renovations and badly thinned lawns.
- Patch Rx: spot repair for dog spots, summer burn and small bare areas.
- Overseeding: seed spread over the surface with no soil prep. Least expensive, least effective; fine for a lawn in good shape that needs thickening.
Late August to about October 15 is the window. Shade lawns get a fescue blend; sun lawns get a bluegrass-rye blend.
